Top list

Here is a list for you with baby night action must haves and especially if you are expecting multiples, this is what you need:
1) sleeping bags - my babies keep kicking their blankets off and as we live in Sweden, winters are cold! The babies sleep better when they're warm and not have so much space to work with.
2) bottle pillows - they have saved many nights, especially in the beginning, when they ate constantly and I was sleep deprived. To be able to feed both without needing to hold bottles or babies...bliss! When they start waving arms and legs, be sure to wrap a blanket around pillow and baby to keep it in place.
3) glow in the dark pacifiers! My girls seldom need a pacifier, but when they need them, they need them quick and this only happens at night. So glow in the dark ones are worth loads!
4) two adapted playlists on your music app. One with lullabies and soft music for sleeping routine and one with children's songs for those mornings, where you need ten more minutes in bed and want to keep them satisfied. If you keep to those playlists, even when you have them in the car or at grandma & grandpas place, they know what is expected of them and are sure to fall asleep.
5) keep the girls in bed together. They keep each other warm and happy. Even if I place them far from each other, it literally only takes 10 minutes for them to have moved close to each other. They don't mind one kicking or making sounds. They are used to it from their time together in the bump and still like it.
6) Bath towels - in case an accident happens. Instead of redoing the whole bed in the middle of the night and waking everyone up: just put the towel there until the morning.

Oh and don't forget to look at your babies from time to time and get all warm inside from what you see.
